We have the 24 unit system mounted on racks at the corners of the room. 24 units is considered to be the optimum size.

The EE-system works with 'Bio-scalar photon fusion technology' it generates multiple bio-active life enhancing energy fields, including "scalar waves" which can allow cell regeneration, improve immune function, provide relief from pain, detoxify the body, elevate moods and increase energy levels.

We have 21 chairs, 2 are rise and recline chairs designed for people with limited mobility (please let us know in advance if you would like to reserve one of these) and all are electric recliners requiring minimal effort to recline.

If you’ve never experienced the system before we would recommend between 2 – 4 hours as a starting point but you are of course welcome to choose any length of time up to a maximum of 8 hours during the day or 11 hours at our overnight sessions.

Wear comfortable clothing and drink plenty of water.

You may wish to bring a blanket, eye mask, ear plugs and water in a lidded bottle. We offer complimentary filtered water. 

You are also welcome to bring your crystals to give them the benefit of the charge in the system.

During a session simply relax in our comfortable reclining chairs. You will hear a slight buzzing noise and the monitors will flicker with beautiful multi-coloured lights. The EES room is a silent zone and we ask our guests to keep any noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing fellow guests. You can drink water in a lidded bottle in the system but no other drinks or food is permitted.

You can take a break from the system at any time by leaving quietly and there are toilets and a café should you require refreshment. If you are sleeping we will gently wake you to allow you to come round and gather your belongings before leaving the EE System. We ask you to leave quietly 5 minutes before the end of your session to allow time for the changeover.

After your session we highly recommend you take a detox bath at home (20-30 mins ideally) with half a cup of bicarbonate of soda and half a cup of sea salt. If you don't have a bath you can use a foot bath instead. Click here for more information

Also, keep drinking plenty of water to flush out toxins. If you don’t have any detox salts we have them available to purchase in our reception area.

Absolutely and it is important to remember that the EE System is not healing you, it is giving you the energy to discharge all the toxins and heavy metals by bringing them to the surface. Without a detox bath supporting detoxification through the skin these toxins and heavy metals will have nowhere to escape apart from the body's other natural detoxification systems ( liver, kidneys, and lymphatic system) which would put a strain on your body potentially resulting in symptoms such as a headache, feeling sluggish, stressed and dehydrated until you have a detox bath. This is a really important process after an EESystem session and ideally should be done as soon as possible.

Many people report feeling very relaxed, energised, pain is commonly reduced and your body temperature may rise as a result of improved circulation. You may feel mentally clearer and most people find their sleep is much improved after a session. However it is important to understand that as the function of your cells improves, the toxins that have been contributing to your health challenges need to be released. For some people this can result in lethargy and lack of energy temporarily and a short term exacerbation of symptoms, this is why the detox bath is crucial.

People with significant medical conditions may choose to visit the system daily or weekly. Experience from other centres has shown that you may need over 60 hours to see significant improvement. If you are in good health and just want to top up your energy levels and general sense of vitality monthly should do the trick. However there is no guideline that suits everyone.

The EE system is an ecologically and environmentally safe system. You might experience some detox symptoms that will pass after you take your bath. Those are perfectly normal as your body flushes out any toxins.

There are no contra-indications to spending time in the EESystem, although if you are diabetic, particularly on insulin you may experience an improvement in blood sugar control.

We ask for payment at the time of booking. This can be done on line via our website booking system or over the phone. This will guarantee you a chair at your preferred time. We do accept walk-in clients if we have space and then you would pay on arrival via card or cash.

We try to be as flexible as possible because we know sometimes life gets in the way. Any sessions can be cancelled at anytime or rearranged to any alternative time when we are open. This can be either through our website or just give us a call.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome at our dedicated children's sessions. For children up to and including age 12 we have a session on the first Saturday of every month - there is no charge for children under 13  but they must be accompanied by a fee paying adult.

Children 13-17 years can attend any general session for £20 per hour but must be accompanied by a fee paying adult. Please be aware that we ask for a quiet environment to encourage relaxation.

We can only allow registered assistance dogs by prior arrangement and these would be to specially designated sessions please give us a call to discuss.
