EESystem Detox Baths
EESystem Salt plays a crucial role in continuing the detoxification process originally started by your EESystem session. It is important to soak for 20 to 30 minutes after an EESystem Session using EESystem salts in a bath or foot soak.
Our EESystem Salts have been charged in the system to provide additional benefit.
Why do I need a Detox Bath?
As your body's cells return to their optimal electrical charge they want to push out all the toxins which have accumulated over time. Spending time in a Detox Bath supports the body to release these toxins through the skin, taking the strain off the liver and kidneys.
Advice from Dr Sandra Rose Michael is that the Detox Bath is as important as the time spent in the EESystem.
Detox Bath Instructions

We recommend you take detox bath or foot bath within 24 hours of your EESystem session

Pour 1 cups of EESystem Detox Salt into a bathtub of warm water and allow to dissolve. Add any desired additional ingredients or essential oils to enhance your relaxation.

Soak for 20-30 minutes

Maybe do a little gentle massage during the bath to aid the elimination process

Hydrate by drinking more filtered water, fresh raw juices or herbal teas

Include more fresh fruit and vegetables (preferably organic) into your diet to further support the detoxification process

After your bath you may wish to use a magnesium oil spray or cream - this replenishes the magnesium in your body lost during the bath.
What if I don’t have a bath?

You can still enjoy the benefits of an EESystem detox!

Either add 1/2-1 cup of salts to a foot bath and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes

Or mix the salt with water and a natural oil such as sesame, olive or macadamia nut oil and use this paste to massage your whole body in the shower

After your foot bath or salt scrub massage you may wish to use a magnesium oil spray or cream
