Our monthly Sound Bath within our wonderful Zenergy Energy Enhancement System room will be with Steven Howarth from Sweet Orange Sounds. Steve's passion lies in well-being and healing through sound.
Using vibrational frequencies to promote wellness and relaxation.
After experiencing a profound healing journey of his own, he felt driven and grateful to share the gift of life that he had received.
Through a combination of instruments including Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, drum, gong and hardpan he guides his clients on a journey of relaxation and a physical and emotional transformation

11 hours overnight in the Zenergy Room with an option to follow this with 2 hours in the Hub26 spa 8-10am and breakfast.

We are continuing with the Wednesday guided meditation 6-7pm but our Saturday meditation is changing from 15th September to Sunday 3-4pm (it will not be scheduled the week of our monthly global meditation)
Our theme for the September guided meditations with Helen will be Empowering the Immune System.
Through meditation and intention we can connect to our body's inner protection, our immune system, which is the cornerstone of prevention and recovery from illness.
Meditation and relaxation allows the body to release tension, enabling our immune system to work at its fullest potential.

For our August meditations we are concentrating on igniting our own self healing powers.
Our own thoughts, feelings and words influence our body's ability to heal and rejuvenate. As our body's cells are in constant communication with each other they hear and feel [yes emotions create chemical changes within our body] all that we think, feel and say about ourselves, therefore having positive thoughts, feelings and inner images we create a more positive environment for all our cells.

In meditation we are able to access our subconscious mind [the part which is in charge of our healing and bodily functions] and by doing so we can ignite and improve our own self healing abilities.

As these meditations are done within Zenergy's amazing energy enhancement room, a wonderful healing tool in itself, I'm sure you will find participating in these meditations a very powerful experience and wonderful tool on your healing journey.

Sleep in our super comfy electric recliner chairs. We provide covers for the chairs but please bring your own pillow, duvet/blanket.

3pm - SPECIAL OFFER £20 for 2 hours as an introduction to our monthly global meditation.
This is a once monthly global meditation event held in EESystem centres across the world simultaneously.

It is a live, virtual Education & Meditation event to promote consciousness ascension, heart activation & world peace! The first hour is usually a speaker and the second hour a guided meditation all within our incredible Zenergy
